In Spain we have finished the first day of our training course!!
We mostly focused on introduction,name games, getting to know each other by getting challenges on the beach for team building. That helps us to set caring agreements among the group.
During the day of the ‘talk&walk’ we meet each other and reflect on the reasons why we are where we are ( fears , expectations, and some dreams too!) Evening time we built each other's back pack focused on defining their learning objectives for the training.
